The Enhancing Developmentally Oriented Primary Care Project (EDOPC) is a resource for healthcare providers in Illinois. We work to improve the delivery and financing of preventive health and developmental services for children birth to age three.
This web site contains up-to-date information on child development and mental health issues, including screening, referral and coding/billing for screenings.
Get Training in Screening Programs — Online or In Your Office
EDOPC offers online and office-based training in developmental screening, social/emotional screening, perinatal maternal depression screening, domestic violence screening, and care coordination. The online training allows you to learn about validated screening programs at your own pace and is now available for CME credit. You may register for online CME courses at any time.
If you wish to receive training in person for CME credit, please see our Office-Based Presentations page for more information. Office-based presentations are available to practices and hospitals located in Illinois. Trainings are free and are scheduled at times that are convenient to you.
